Our media people select the right media to release the advertisement to reach out to the target audience. This is very important as a mistake in the choice of media could prove costly. This enables us to draw the attention of the right people & attract them to respond. Our experience is that our advertisements are more qualitative than quantitative.
We have trained personnel available who specialise in executive search. When a particular vacancy is indicated to us, we identify the people most suited to the vacancy from the industry at large with special emphasis on personnel from a similar industry. Then our specialists approach them & find out their suitability & interest in a change. After complete assessment of the suitability of the Applicant vis-a-vis the requirement, we recommend them to our Overseas clients. The entire process takes a minimum of 15 days to a maximum of one month.
Upon receipt of a requisition from our Overseas (Gulf) Clients, our data bank Executives make a Quick selection of suitable Applicants and contact them to check their availability & interest to take up a Job / Assignment in that Specific Gulf Country.
Interviews are conducted by the specialists from our panel. They are directly related to the job functions & Individual is required to perform. The technical Competence of the Applicant is assessed by our specialists.
For some categories where the job to be performed needs a high level of skill or competence, we send the Applicants for technical, practical testing to various trade testing centres. The certificate of Competence obtained is attached to the Applicants’ resume.
This entails a personal discussion with our personnel specialists to understand the mental frame of the Applicants. The interviews are psychologically oriented to understand the Applicant's aptitude and inclination towards work in general and towards the selected job in particular. This also includes Behavior patterns of the job seeker, ability to persevere & stick to the job for the Contract period or more.
On the Applicant successfully passing the above selection parameters, he is then offered employment with the Overseas organisation for which he is selected. At this point of time, his salary, perquisites & terms and conditions of employment are negotiated. He is made to sign the job offer as a proof of his acceptance of Compensation package. The acceptance of the offer is then intimated to our overseas clients.
The selected Applicants are then sent for medical examination to the doctor nominated by the respective embassies & consulates. All these are GCC MEDICAL COUNCIL appointed doctors-presently called GAMCA. On passing the GAMCA medical check, the Applicant's Visa is Stamped and emigration formalities are processed.
